Your mags do that too, brother????

Kid, I'm quite certain the stages aren't finished yet. I would use Garrison Joe's estimates and add 10% or so. And as he said, if by chance you run short, you will have plenty of ammo from other shooters. If hauling the ammo is a problem, feel free to ship some to me as I am only 20 minutes away from Founder's Ranch. Boggus

The Handbook is very clear. Page 14, Magazine poucescan hold or or two magazines, one magazine per loop. You could have a belt made with pouches attached to gain some room.

Not yet.

You can shoot BP in your Wild Bunch guns!
-
Has nothing to do with recoil. It's the pressure that reseats the primer. The rubber bullets don't build enough pressure.
-
You're not old enough to shoot that category by at least twenty years!

Lone Dog, I use his 230 gr lead alloy lubed bullet. I don't care for the coated ones of any kind. As for leading, I quit really paying attention to it years ago. With good bullets and barrels and the right velocities, it's a non issue. I had a little leading awhile back and found the bullet supplier(not Ringer) was using some reclaimed lead. Since then, I haven't had any problem. To the point that I really don't pay much attention to the barrels.

Take a closer look at it. I doubt it was used for wax bullets in .45 Auto or blanks. I've seen some brass with larger than usual flash holes Haven't found a problem.

I do have a connection to Lucas and I am here to tell you, it is the best I have found! I have tried most everything out there and while I have only found one or two that are really bad, I've never found one that was really great, until I found Lucas. I have used Lucas products in the automotive industry for 30 years and found it to be really good stuff. When I found the Outdoor line, I was ecstatic! Two overall national championships for me, several state championships for Lady Jane and me, a category world championship for her and numerous other wins, the Lucas products work. Period. They came to me when they were starting their shooting team a couple of years ago and asked me to be their cowboy action representative. I have been very lax lately about promoting the product line because I have been so busy but it works! Oh, Dusty. Lady Jane and I run our 1911s about 3-4000 rounds before cleaning.

As mentioned, it's likely dirty or gunked up with bad lube. I use Lucas Oil outdoor line cleaner and oil. For the slide, I use their lightest oil possible. When I let it go too long, even it gets sticky.

I'm thinking about some new toys

Me, too, Chance. At least since I started! -

CK, yes, sir, that is what I am doing now. I am working on a couple of Wild Bunch specific models. Our Signature and Premier grades would work in modern with minor changes but I am working a Modern and Traditional gun package that perfectly fits the bill. -
Thanks, Dusty. If you will look closely at the barrel, while not fully finished, it Has some amazing technology to it. Take one of your barrels and compare. More info to come later.

Mica Maguire won the Traditional Category at Winter Range last month shooting one. If I am not mistaken, Capt Sam Evans won overall shooting one. While some of them I have seen can be ammo sensitive, most of them run extremely well!

No need to. Good to see you on here, Chance!

Silvertip, I didn't see your name on the list the other day! You will be missed, my friend! Boggus

Hey now! Who is calling who short?!?!?

And one thing I've noticed. We don't have enough magazines! Lady Jane and I use Colt magazines and could use a few dozen more!
