HI Gang; There is new shooters who have not come from a cocked and locked action shooting game. So for safety and attracting NEW shooters hammer down on a empty chamber is the best way to stay. Did the miltary carry the 1911 hammer down on a empty chamber? As to seven rounds , sure, it is one more way to seperate WB from CAS.

HI; I use a Lee flare die to flare my 45 colt and 45 schofield. Prefer lee flare dies for all flaring.

HI Gang; I found a variable recoil spring helped to start the slide moving.
