J. Frank Norfleet Posted May 17, 2023 Share Posted May 17, 2023 I recently acquired a really nice Remington Model 14 in 35 Rem. And it is fun to shoot! But it only holds five rounds. I have been taking a Win 94 to the matches because it holds seven rounds. Are most of the TR stages moving toward five rounds because of the number of legal rifles like the Savage 99, Win 1895 and mine only hold 5 in the magazine? Elwood James Posted May 17, 2023 Share Posted May 17, 2023 OK has been doing 5 rounds in the TR stages for that very reason. It also keeps the DB and TR aligned in the scenarios. When there is a DB reload for 10 rounds, we usually make the TR folks load 2 on the clock to keep the timing close. 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
