Beside magazine capacity, what are reasons not to use a Model 12 Featherweight or Model 25 for Wild Bunch?

Model 25 is not legal (currently). 

If you can run a "short mag tube" shotgun with some single-loading required, go for it.   You will likely be slow on a 6 shell stage.
