There is not a damn thing you could teach anyone! All you do is demand that an established organization change THEIR game to meet your requirements.

Read the rules, take the SASS RO classes. Then follow the rules, and don't be like El Chapo and expect the rules to be changed to suit you and your wishes. It really is very simple, play the game by the written rules.

I stand by my comment!!! Your attitude is counterproductive to the advancement of this game. The game has rules, play by those rules. They evolved after years of people with your attitude, and worse, drove hundreds of shooters away. Misty, and the Board has worked hard to enact changes that MANY shooters were begging for. Shooters are coming back to WB, I became an instructor for WB because I believe in what is being done. Quit acting like a spoiled crybaby, play the game and encourage people to have fun, instead of your constant stream of vitrol you spew because we are not a cookie cutter of every other action handgun game you claim to excel at!!!!!!!!!

You sure whine a lot about everything! Why do you shoot Wild Bunch if you dislike it so much?

Last I checked you don't make the rules, and I have serious doubts about that ever happening. Whine all you want about the rules, it exposes your ignorance. The reason that 4 & 6 shot is listed is to indicate the LARGEST size shot allowed by the rules.

You live in a strange and sheltered world if you think 4 and 6 shot shells are uncommon!!! I can buy them everywhere, even my local Walmart. They are the largest size shot allowed by SASS, pure and simple explanation. Your interpretation, or understanding means nothing to this rule.

Not arguing with you. I am just stating what I have observed in the past and cautioning about driving clubs and people away. I am glad that Misty saw the wisdom in making changes to bring in more shooters. I have spent time talking with shooters and encouraging them to come back and give WB another try. The old regime did their best to alienate shooters that had been shooting WB for years before they took over and changed the rules to suit them and their needs. Please try to understand that it is the disaffected CAS shooters that will grow the ranks of WB shooters. I believe in what Misty and CC are doing so strongly that I became certified to teach WB. I want this game to thrive, but harping on how the new game is not good is not the way to help anyone.

All I was saying is to be careful about pushing high power factors. We are getting shooters and clubs to rethink opposition to WB, it is important to listen to these concerns. The hand wringing and desire to go to high power factors are a detriment to acceptance and growth.

I would like to make a comment for consideration. I know several clubs that either did away with WB or WB supply their own targets because of the damage being done by WB shooters to their CAS targets. Clubs have started to allow WB again, the increase in PF may cause these clubs to reconsider WB going forward. Also, when I went to school 750 and 800 were more than 150. Jorge you may want to check your math.

It is great what happens when the rank and file get listened to, instead of like days of old told to "like it or leave". Many left. As soon as my shoulder replacement heals I will be shooting many more WB matches. Not having to buy new guns, and having realistic power factors allow me to shoot.

I don't know where you are shooting, but around here WB is growing for the first time in almost 15 years. The changes that Misty and her crew have put into effect have reenergized shooter interest. Most feel that it i becoming more friendly to the Cowboy shooters of SASS. I have seen every club that I attend have an increase in Wild Bunch shooters, and an increase in the number of Wild Bunch matches available. I just attended a Regional Wild Bunch match. They had 33 shooters competing, where in years past they held Wild Bunch match as a side match for the Regional and had about 15 to 20 shooters. I would agree with CC in that is a great increase in numbers. Wild Bunch has their own TG's and ROC. Are you sure you are talking to the correct TG. Most clubs have separate TG's for WB and CAS. Lets give this time to develop. It has been far too long since shooters have felt that SASS cares about how Wild Bunch is run and viewed. I am excited enough about things to have become an Instructor for Wild Bunch RO classes.
