  1. Hope everyone has a Happy New Year and may this new year be a better year for everyone
  2. A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone...and if you are another religion...a happy whatever you celebrate
  3. I have been using 230 and 233 grain round nose coated bullets. Velocity by using an Athlon chronograph. I am going to try 225 grain bullets
  4. I was trying to get my power factor down too...I called and talked to one of the reps from the powder company. He said I would basically have to go down to a 225 grain bullet to get where I wanted to be, I had dropped down to 5.2 grains of Unique and still about a 180 power factor. He said to not go below that point as it might cause an overpowder flash and excessive pressure spike.
  5. I like having the separate forums. I wish people would use the Wild Bunch forum more. I think there are people willing to help out on both forums...but it is nice to have more specific places to go to for certain information
  6. I have reloaded some small primer brass. To me...it's not worth the headache. I have found quite a bit that is either very hard to seat primers or totally inpossible. I don't know if some of them are crimped in like military brass or not...but they are all going to the junk brass bin from now on
  7. Anywhere I can...usually. Everything...cowboy or wild bunch is at least a 100 miles from me.
  8. Is he supplying the beer and whiskey after the class as well?? Or if Forty supplying that??
  9. Got both of them done. See you in the fall
  10. A friend of mine uses a Forstner bit in a drill press to trim 45 colt to 45 cowboy special length
  11. It was a good match and fun
