The BAM rifle is substituted for the cowboy lever rifle, and shot at the Cody Dixon targets, five or six rounds. The CD target distance varies by club and terrain, somewhere in excess of 50 yards, maybe out to 80 yards. This category is approaching a battle scenario! More fun - sliding, pumping, and cranking! Sometimes on the same posse, but if WB numbers are 5+ they will form a separate WB posse. Def Willie can confirm but I understood that they will offer this WB/BAM category next year, beginning with the first shooter to shot up with a 1911 and a BAM rifle!
