There was a chrono set up at Land Run last year, did not seem to be mandatory.

A lot of folks use it to ensure PF in case there's a challenge.

Before the shoot they were offering to check anyone that wanted their ammo checked. Two years ago they had a WB shooter prize of a Garmin chrono. Kid Rich won it.
