WR72685 Posted October 13, 2018 Posted October 13, 2018 I’ve been looking at the Kimber Aegis Elite Custom recently and my question is other than the fiber optic sights would it be a legal gun in the Modern Category? I like the feel and look of the “bobbed frame” and would probably start carry it as my CHL gun as well. Happy Jack Posted October 13, 2018 Posted October 13, 2018 A "bobbed frame" is NOT listed as an allowable modification to a pistol in the traditional or modern category. So NO the pistol is not legal. This has been discussed several times over the years and it has never received support to be allowed. Quote
