legal pistol for modern class

would a Sig Sauer STX be legal for modern?

I have removed the mag well, wondering about the sights

They have trdium inserts/dots

At the present time tritium sights are LEGAL on modern pistols.  We may discuss them further next year but I don't really expect them to be outlawed since they are in use now.
