Whitey James
Got a really nice 24” barrel for my model 12. I can’t get the old barrel out of the takedown coupler. I watched Larry Potterfield do it on YouTube with a special tool. Obviously I don’t want to invest too much money for a one time tool. Any suggestions for a gunsmith or a DYI method? Deacon KC
Soak it in Kroil for a couple of days, then try again using channel locks with a thick piece of leather to protect the finish.

Garrison Joe
Lassiter in southern OH? Sgt Eli in southern IL? Three Cut in NC? Find them all in the SASS Gunsmith's list: https://forums.sassnet.com/index.php?/topic/311362-cowboy-gunsmiths/ good luck, GJ
