  1. We don't need more categories we just need to keep traditional as such, allowing the new commers that don't have the 45 1911 nor the 40 cal rifle to enter through the modern category. Once they get the flavor they will want to move up to the bigger bore. Please talk to your WBTG
  2. Yep, me at EoT several years ago. 0.1 ozs overweight. Slim grips fitted!! See Happy Jacks last two sentences!! Jim
  3. Survey Update, I have included the only other results published. Jim WB_Survey_Data (5).pdf
  4. HI JJ et al, Flying Ramrod got it right in his post. As with a lot of these posts they tend to wander. Please may I refer you back to my original post that started this discussion. I, as a TG can only represent the membership within my club. With the help of Wooden Nichols and the 4 Corners Regional meeting we expanded the survey. So far, the results as posted represent 55 WB shooters. I have only seen one further set of results to the survey posted. The survey only reflects the issues within my club. It can be used as a template or completely revamped it is up to your TG as to how they represent your club members. Do you have a WBTG? Have you spoken to them? This fall, the WBTG's are supposed to vote on members concerns/issues so they need to know what they are. Hence my one liner post. As always, from my end of the rope. Jim
  5. To all WB shooters. Please talk to you TG's and let them know your thoughts on the future of WB. It is important that SASS hears your voices through your TG"s. Jim Miller
  6. As a WB TG I only have access to the WB TG Wire and not the CAS TG Wire. Would you mind posting on the WB TG wire? Jim
  7. Howdy Wyliefox. I have checked the TG wire but cannot see your post. I too would like to see an agenda for the Land Run Wild Bunch TG meeting just in case there are additional questions that my club members need to asked. Jim
  8. Howdy Griff, From the TG meeting I have attended it was agreed that a good TO could pick up a .22 rifle so the rifle being the last firearm shot should not be an issue. So "get rid of rifle not last rule?" Jim
  9. Howdy Griff, Yes, the last question was rifle not last. Jim
  10. Howdy Y'all, Please find attached the results of the WB survey we have conducted within the 4 corners region area. Jim Miller & Wooden Nichols WB_Survey_Data (3).xlsx Survey Comments.docx Survey Questions.doc
  11. I fail to see the correlation between a CAS rifle and a WB 1911. In the stated scenario the shooter should have enough ammo to complete the correct course of fire regardless of the time taken to clear the malfunction. If the shooter chooses to accept the misses and starts the next sweep in order to save time they should be awarded the misses and a spirit of the game penalty. Jim
  12. Howdy Y'all, Please find attached the minutes from the 4 Corners Regional TG Meeting. Jim Minutes of the Wild Bunch Territorial Governors Meeting 2025 V1.docx

  13. Is there any information about the TG meeting at the 4 Corner's Regional ? I am working with Wooden Nichols to produce the minutes. Once completed we will post them Jim Miller
  14. Flying W Ramrod Members 179 Posted Friday at 02:29 PM I would suggest you contact your TG, provide them with actual handbook citations regarding this issue, and help them work on it. It all starts with the TG's. I have used Flying W Ramrod's post to highlight an issue that was obvious from the attendees at the 4 Corners Regional TG meeting. To garner as much feedback as possible Wooden Nichols opened the meeting to all Wild Bunch shooters. It became obvious that many attendees did not know the current issues being discussed or who their respective TGs are.
