Getting rid of white dot sights

Does anybody know if the sights that come on a Springfield Mil Spec are legal for Wild Bunch Traditional once the sights are blacked out? -
I just bought a Springfield Mil Spec for Wild Bunch Traditional class. It came with white dot sights. They don’t make sight black anymore or at least I can’t get my hands on it. What do you guys use? I was thinking about making it permanent.
