Tight holster will continue to be tight until you adjust it.  Lubes are a "coverup" of the problem.

down well, stick oiled pistol in a good freezer bag, shove it down deep into holster and place in a warm place to reshape the holster to your gun.

Finally! I told my partner to try this solution and i faced some reluctance but he gave in and it worked. Now he has me to thank without knowing i got help from this post :-) Buying lube was such a waste
